Stay dry, eat cheese!!

Dear San Francisco,

Once again, it has begun to rain. And once again you ask yourselves, “What have we done to deserve this?!”

Well, the answer is clear: OBVIOUSLY you are not eating enough cheese.

While you eat an apple a day to keep the doctor away, scientific evidence suggests that pairing your fruit with a chunk of cheese is reason enough to keep the rain away.

Lucky for you (and your hair) 450 architects is here to the rescue as they bring you their latest project: Mission Cheese!!

Coming soon to a neighborhood near you, Mission Cheese will sprout up this March in (you guessed it!) the mission district on 736 Valencia.

Check out founder, owner, and Cheese Monger Sarah Dvorak’s website at http://missioncheese.blogspot.com/ to watch her day-to-day experiences and adventures to open up the first café dedicated to cheese in the Mission.

So, “say cheese!” and keep up with the Mission Cheese blog to watch their progress and to find out about the various local events Mission Cheese will visit to have a taste of their cheesy delicacies before the official opening.

Thanks for reading and keep pumping those fists!!

Driest Regards,
xx
