Chevron has launched a new campaign entitled "Will You Join Us." An energy calculator is embedded in the site which shows you how you save energy after engaging in certain activities.
For example, look below to see how renting a hybrid on your next road trip affects you and those around you.
Interesting though, they also say that using the microwave to cook your dinner is better than using the stove. That may be true, but that's NOT the idea we should be proponing. Maybe "eating a salad" so that you're not using any heat at all would be a better (healthier) option.
